Yeah wtf happened to him his older videos were pure gold, he even inspired me. Now I don't even know about the 2019-2020 ones, even my younger siblings couldn't laugh like when he first started his channel, it just became weird and he forces himself to be "funny" and not genuine. Just compare the amount of people who make videos on him now, it wasn't like that when he started his new channel. Who tf suggests his video ideas? The editing is great, concept too, but the execution of his videos is weird and random. "10 things not to do at the movie theathre" made a lot of people cringe, that video had so much cringe that even I, a fan for 9 years cringed. He should REALIZE that his younger fans have MATURED and know what the word "cringe" means. Everytime I check out his channel, I only go to his older videos avoiding the new ones, I only watch the newer ones when I'm bored or have a lot of time. Heck, my classmates even tease me for watching Guava Juice when they were fans of him before, this just shows that young people can mature quickly now because of the internet. Now, I'm going to tell you the history of Roi's channel and what happened during the years. When he was in Wassabi Productions: 2006: The year where I was born and the year where he created Wassabi and aynakoitsroi (Now Guava Juice) 2007: Creation of his 2nd channel (Roi Wassabi) 2008-2012: Videos of Wassabi (Also the year I started watching them) 2013: They published their most popular video (Call Me Maybe Parody) 2014: Some more Wassabi videos 2015: Daily vlogs on the Roi Wassabi channel 2016: Goodbye, Roi Wassabi (This made me really sad as a kid.) Also the golden age of the Guava Juice Channel, End of posting vlogs, Renamed The Roi Wassabi channel to just 'Roi'. 2017: Videos still made me laugh and still good and still Golden Era 2018: Nearing the End of Golden Era, videos are okay and zero to less cringe 2019: 3 AM videos are less scary and more cringe 2020: Cringe, remove 10 THINGS NOT TO DO AT _____, NOW Sorry for making my comment long, I wanted to express my other opinions about Roi (Guava Juice). To be honest I can see people in the black community not knowing. Sure most of the people are lying but there's people out there who really don't know. I used to be one of them until about 10 years ago having heard it. I know because mom and dad used to listen to it when I was very young. But I never learned the name for the song or the artists until mid 2010s and I was born in 1990. My stepdad listens to rock.
