You are right.......my ex treated me badly he was too toxic and definitely immature, but I stayed on in the relationship hoping things would be better, but they did not, he always wanted ways to express his power and he found that in me.....I ended things with him and I have never for once regretted it, because my life is better without his toxic energies and i am looking toward better things to come......so anyone out there who may feel this same way, don't ever settle for something small that does not make you happy, there is always the beast waiting for you so dont throw that away.

Omg yes!!!! If I confronted him he would get abusive, angry and would twist everything on me! He always used to come back like after 5 - 6 weeks ghosting me, and then just unblock me and just pretend like nothing happened, and would just say something like 'hi how was your day' 😏 12 years of this crap!!
