I have a list of few possibilities: 1. Merida from Brave - very fiery personality. Loves desserts, can be punctual if the needed arises. But she's disorderly, mischievous, rambunctious and rebellious. 2. Merida's mum - turns into a bear. Very punctual and organized, structured. But knows how to have fun. Headstrong and stubborn like her daughters. 3. Boo from Monster's Inc. - also theorized to be the witch in Brave; someone who's adventurous and can travel through doors to find her best friend. 4. Riley from Inside Out - assuming everyone in the Pixar universe has the 5 emotions - her 5 emotions are like the different Jerry versions. 5. Grandma Coco. She seemed to have exhibited the same personality as 22. And she didn't really have music to occupy her for most of her life, which 22 admitted was one of the things she didn't really care about. 6. Spot from A Good Dinosaur - wouldn't it be nice to be the human this time around instead of the pet companion? 7. Kevin the colorful bird from Up - because she matches to the beat of her own non-drum. 8. Edna Mode - I can see her being short and crafty. 9. Ellie Fredricksen - seems she's also Andy's granny from Toy Story because of the postcard. 10. Miguel from Coco - or because she learned to love music after bonding with Joe after all. 11. Vanellope - really, the only problem is that she's a Disney person more than Pixar, but she checks most of the boxes for the badges.

22 being Wall-E would actually probably be the most depressing potential. After going on such a life changing journey through earth and learning what it really means to be human, 22 is punished by being sent to a decimated earth, in a non-human body, cursed to forever be alone and stare at artifacts of the humanity they just learned to love. It might be interesting to take 22's number into consideration. Considering she was the 22nd soul (considering how the others were labelled in the bilions or trillions), she may have actually gone into a body in the oldest part of the timeline. I like others' suggestions of Merida. She loves nature, living life in the moment, and is stubborn about living life the way she wants to.
