This video is funny and all but these pronunciations can seriously mess up a child's life. Here's a little story from 6th grade. In my area there weren't many schools so a LOT of people from elementary went to the same three public schools unless they went to a private school or whatever. So at my middle school around 30% of the kids came from my elementary. Lucky to say I got in a class with a bunch of kids from my school, so I had no problem meeting people. There was a kid in my class named Rogelio, that's pronounced Ro-Hel-EE-O needless to say by reading it you could easily screw it up. Anyways come the first week of school and teacher's doing attendance as usual. He call's all the usual "Travis" "Jason" blah blah, but then he gets to Rogelio's name. He looks at the paper, and mummers to himself "R-rrro- ro?" and JUST before anyone can say "It's Rogelio!" he goes "ROLL JELLY O!? Is there a Roll Jelly O in the class?" EVERYBODY started laughing. Next thing we know everyone started calling him "Jelly Rolls" which is nickname he kept for the rest of the THREE school years. Even his own girlfriend referred to him as "Jelly" or "Jelly-O." Morale of the story please stop calling me "Jelly Rolls" IT WAS 6TH GRADE GROW UP YOU CHILDREN!!!
