Tips to get in water for if you don’t like it for Vy! Wear goggles, relax, don’t start to swim first, you start by staying underwater for a minute then you will get to a point where you get comfortable and can swim. I don’t like water much either but I just have to do this and after like 30 minutes of repeating these steps I’ll be ready to start to swim underwater and maybe go in the deep end
